Who operates this service
IdentiCamp is operated by Saurish Ventures Private Limited. This notice covers our public website, enquiries and institution workspaces. For school or college records, the institution determines the admission and campus-management purposes and manages authorized access. Contact your institution first for changes to its records; we assist with platform requests.
Information processed
Demo enquiries include your name, work email, phone, role, institution, city, student count and message. Registered accounts use login details, hashed passwords, sessions and security records. Depending on the institution's enabled modules, records may include student and guardian contact details, academic and enrolment information, photographs, uploaded certificates, government-ID fields, fees and attendance events. An institution should collect only information needed for its agreed purpose.
Attendance integrations use registered person/card identifiers, scanner details, timestamps and entry/exit events. The current ID-mapping module does not store fingerprint or face templates. Hardware or camera capture, if separately deployed by an institution, needs its own notice and authorization. Do not submit Aadhaar numbers, student records or sensitive documents in the public enquiry form.
How information is used
We use business enquiry details to reply, arrange discussions and issue a reference ticket. Institution records support admissions, authorized administration, attendance, academic records, fee ledgers and support. Security information helps protect accounts, investigate misuse and maintain the service. An enquiry is not permission to sell student information or publish personal records.
Children and parent or guardian involvement
School services must be managed by authorized institutions and adults. Institutions are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining the parent/guardian permissions and other authorizations required for their use, including photographs, identity documents and attendance devices. An account or an uploaded record does not itself establish valid consent. A parent or guardian may contact the institution and our privacy contact with a concern or correction request.
Hosting, service providers and disclosure
The website and mobile app service run on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region: an application server with an encrypted disk for the database, and private, encrypted Amazon S3 storage for uploaded documents and database backups. Connected Google Workspace/Gmail services handle configured email delivery. If enabled for an institution, payment, SMS, WhatsApp, government-verification or hardware providers receive only the information required for the approved integration. Availability depends on separate configuration; listing a provider does not mean it is active.
Our application database, uploaded documents and backups are kept in the AWS Mumbai region. Optional third-party services, such as email delivery, payment, messaging or CAPTCHA providers, may process the limited information they receive in locations set by their own service configuration. We may disclose information where necessary to meet applicable legal requirements, respond to valid official requests or protect the service. Institution users receive access according to their assigned roles.
IdentiCamp mobile app
The mobile app uses the same institution-issued Login ID as the website; there is no self-registration. To keep sessions secure, the app creates a random device identifier, which our server stores only in hashed form and uses to bind sign-in tokens to that device. Sign-in tokens are kept in the device's secure storage. If you turn on notifications, we store the push-notification token and your language preference to send campus alerts, and remove them when you sign out of all devices. Notification text is kept short; details are shown only after opening the app. The camera is used only for gate QR scanning by security staff, after you allow it, and biometric unlock (fingerprint or Face ID) is checked on the device itself; we do not receive biometric data. The digital ID card shows a signed QR code that the institution's gate staff can verify. Sensitive screens block screenshots where the device allows it.
Cookies and external services
Necessary cookies maintain authenticated sessions and protect account actions. Google Fonts may receive standard connection information when fonts load. YouTube content loads only after you choose to play the embedded video and is subject to YouTube's policies. When configured, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical/browser signals to prevent automated form abuse. External links such as WhatsApp and social profiles take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries and support correspondence are retained while needed for follow-up, service records, disputes and applicable obligations. Institution record retention follows the agreed service terms, institution instructions and applicable record-keeping requirements. Financial records or security evidence may need to be retained after a deletion request. Backups and provider-held records can have separate retention periods. We do not claim that a deletion request immediately erases every backup or that automated deletion is already configured.
Access, correction and privacy requests
Email identicamp@saurishpvtltd.com with the subject Privacy request — IdentiCamp. Include your institution, request type and a way to contact you. Request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of an optional permission or raise a grievance. We may need proportionate identity/authority verification and the institution's involvement before acting. Do not email passwords or full identity-document numbers. We will explain applicable limitations when responding.
Security and contact
Controls include role and institution access checks, password hashing, encrypted sensitive fields where implemented, private document access and rate limits. No service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected exposure privately rather than sharing student information publicly.
